Use 1-2 capsules approximately 30 minutes before or after training. Maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. According to the recommended dosage swallow capsules and wash down with a sufficient amount of water. Milk and alcoholic beverages are not suitable. Do not chew the capsule! Once opened, store at a temperature that does not exceed 25 °C and use within 3 months.
