The wide-ranging flavours of 100% Pure Whey is a combination of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and added amino acids (L-glutamine, L-arginine and BCAAs). The non-flavoured version contains only whey protein concentrate, without any added sweeteners, colouring or flavouring.

Directions Biotech Usa 100% Pure Whey Proteins

Mix 1 serving (28 g, 1 measuring spoon = 2 tablespoons) of powder with 250 ml water or skimmed milk. Take 2 servings daily. Take the first serving within 45 minutes after workout and the other serving between meals. Use a shaker.
