Spirulina contains 58-62% complete protein with a complete set of 18 amino acids and beta-carotene. Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), gamma-linolenic acid, chlorophyll, c-phycocyanin, superoxide dismutase (SOD), minerals, vitamins, including the B complex, are contained in a single microscopic algae.
