D-mannose is a type of simple sugar, similar to glucose. It is found naturally in many fruits and vegetables, such as oranges, apples, peaches, broccoli, and green beans. It can also be found in the human body. Our d-mannose supplement is made from the bark of warty birch. Chemically, d-mannose is considered a simple sugar. It is structurally similar to glucose, but is absorbed to a small extent in the gastrointestinal tract. This explains its lower glycemic index. Compared to glucose, which is absorbed quickly, mannose must first be converted to fructose and then to glucose, which greatly attenuates the insulin response and reduces its effect on blood sugar levels. After mannose has been absorbed by the intestines, it is not stored in the liver like glucose, but filtered out of the body directly by the kidneys.

Take 3 capsules once a day. Swallow the  capsules and drink plenty of water after a meal.
