Directions 7Nutrition Clear whey protein isolate

 Dissolve 1 portion in 300 ml of water using a shaker. Unscrew the shaker and wait about 30 seconds for the foam to subside. The formation of foam is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality of the product. Workout days: take 1-3 servings daily (in the morning after waking up, after training and before bedtime). Non-training days: take 1-3 servings. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
