Directions 7Nutrition Whey Protein 80

Mix 1 portion (35 g – 3 scoops) with 100-200 ml of water. Drink immediately after preparation. Workout day: take 1-3 portion daily (morning after waking up, after workout and at bedtime). Non-workout day: take 1-3 portion.
