Psychobiotyk is a unique formula of 6 strains of probiotic bacteria – the so-called psychobiotics, which may have a beneficial effect in people struggling with fatigue, irritable bowel syndrome and depression. Specialists studying these conditions have noticed that there is a clear link between diet and well-being, and the studies that have been conducted confirm that bacteria in the gut play an important role in this process. Each capsule of the preparation (600 mg) contains unique strains of probiotic bacteria and the FOS prebiotic. The strains mentioned are Bifidobacterium infantis (BI02), Bifidobacterium longum (BL-G301), Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA02), Lactobacillus helveticus (LH060), Lactobacillus reuteri (LRE02) and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG.
