A natural source of vitamin K in the form of MK-7 in the amount of FORTE 200µg in combination with vitamin D with a high amount of 2000 iu.
Vitamin D:
  • helps in the proper functioning of the immune system;
  •  helps in the proper absorption / utilization of calcium and phosphorus;
  •  contributes to the normal level of calcium in the blood;
  • helps maintain healthy teeth;
  •  helps in the proper functioning of the muscles;

Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) and vitamin K2 (menaquinone) are the two most important forms of vitamin K found in food. Vitamin K1 can be found in green leafy vegetables , spinach, broccoli, etc. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.Vitamin K2 is found in high concentration in natto - a traditional Japanese dish and is much better absorbed by the body than vitamin K1. Finally, vitamin K2 has no connection with soya, because in a laboratory way, vitamin K2 is obtained with the participation of Bacillus subtilis natto bacteria, i.e. the very bacteria found in a dish called natto.
