Aliness Omega 3-6-9 is a composition of natural oils that provides essential omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids in optimal proportions. The product includes fish oil obtained from European anchovy - rich in EPA and DHA acids, as well as vegetable oils - linseed and sunflower, which are a valuable source of α-linolenic (ALA), linoleic and oleic acids. The product is available in the form of soft capsules.

  • 270 mg of omega-3 acids, including 150 mg of ALA, 72 mg of EPA and 48 mg of DHA;
  • 225 mg of omega-6 acids in the form of linoleic acid;
  • 50 mg of omega-9 fatty acids in the form of oleic acid.
