Directions Biofarmacija Bio Magnesium Forte 500 mg

Pour the contents of the packet into a glass (100-200ml) with water or juice, mix well and drink. Adults use 1 packet, children aged 2 to 6 years ¼ packet, from 6 to 18 years half a packet a day after meals. It is not recommended to use on an empty stomach.
