It is a powdered nutritional supplement that provides the body with an additional dose of magnesium and zinc, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. The magnesium raw material is obtained from the water of the Dead Sea.
  • Magnesium  helps maintain the health of bones and teeth, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles, helps to ensure normal energy-yielding metabolism and contributes to normal protein synthesis, contributes to normal psychological functions. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, necessary for cell division.
  • Zinc  contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, helps to maintain healthy skin, hair, nails and bones, promotes normal protein synthesis and helps ensure normal vitamin A metabolism. Zinc helps maintain normal vision, promotes normal fertility and reproduction, helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood.

Directions Biofarmacija bioMAGNIS B6 premium +B6, B12 & Zinc

Magnesium citrate is better absorbed than other forms of magnesium, so ½ packet is sufficient for adults, 1/3 packet per day after meals for children aged 6-12 years. Mix the contents of the packet with 200-300 ml of water or juice and drink. We recommend drinking an additional glass of water or juice.
