Directions Biofarmacija BIOMagnesium 300 mg + BIOPotassium 300 mg powder

 Pour the contents of 1 packet into a glass, pour 150 - 300 ml of water (not hot) or juice, mix thoroughly and drink. The usual dose is 1 sachet per day, after meals. It is recommended to consult a doctor or pharmacist about determining a different dose. The taste is mildly sour, sediments and cloudiness are possible. You can reduce the sour taste with sugar and adding more water or juice.
