BCAA+B6 contains leucine, isoleucine and valine amino acids in a ratio of 2:1:1. With added Vitamin B6 that helps the normal protein and glycogen metabolism and it participates in the normal energy-yielding metabolic processes and the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. The product is gluten-free!

Directions Biotech Usa BCAA + B6 Amino Acids

Recommended use: Take 4 tablets a day. On training days take 2 tablets 30 minutes before workout and 2 tablets immediately after workout. On rest days take 2x2 tablets between meals. Do not exceed recommended daily allowance.
