 GAL Multivitamin has been developed in the light of the latest research, keeping in mind the naturalness and vitality of the product, to provide all vitamins, minerals and trace elements in the ideal form, quantity and proportion, not different from the way they would be obtained through a steady diet of nutrients and variety. Where beneficial, vitamins and minerals are partially derived from organically grown (organic) extracts of herbs and spices. In terms of quantities, it has always been important to ensure that the daily intake contains the dose that is considered effective, but in no case should it exceed the amount that is considered to be a healthy amount, i.e. the amount that could not be covered by any dietary means. In addition, it is extremely important that, in addition to carefully selected ingredients, nothing that is not fit for purpose is left on the table. There is no trace of this in our products.

All four capsules can be taken at the same time with any main meal during the day, however, it is better to take them in the morning or during the day than in the evening. If you want to maximise the absorption and/or have a sensitive stomach, take the white capsules on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal, 1 of the yellow capsules with your first main meal and 1 with your second main meal, and the soft gelatine oil capsules with any main meal, but best taken at the fat-richest, non-evening meal. If your diet is not magnesium-rich (not rich in game meats, cephalopods, molluscs, green leafy vegetables, quinoa, pumpkin with a good dose every day), also consume good quality magnesium we have three types on offer.
