Directions Iconfit HydroBeef Isolate Proteins

Mix 25 g of powder (one scoop) in a shaker with approximately 200-300 ml of water and consume immediately. It is recommended to use 1-2 servings per day, depending on your daily protein intake. The product does not replace a balanced diet.
