ICONFIT Premium Omega-3 softgels have a higher than usual EPA and DHA fatty acids content. Our fish oil is pure, obtained from small fish (anchovies). Fatty acids play an important role in the human diet and in human physiology. The fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. The beneficial effect occurs when 250 mg of EPA and DHA are consumed per day. DHA helps maintain normal brain function and vision. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of  DHA per day.

ingredients: Fish oil (fish oil concentrate), capsule shell (bovine gelatin, glycerin – humectant, water), vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate).

Take 1 softgel daily with or without food.
