SAMe improves your well-being, supports the brain, liver, joints and other body tissues. It can provide additional support for people suffering from depression.

  • improves mood and has a positive effect on behavior;
  • helps to maintain healthy cartilage and supports the production of substances affecting the joints, i.e. glucosamine and chondroitin;
  • supports the production of connective tissues through the process of trans-sulfurization. Then the essential components of these tissues, i.e. glucosamine and chondroitin sulphates, are sulfated by SAMe metabolites;
  • SAMe metabolism supports the synthesis of glutathione (GSH) and enzymes dependent on it (i.e. glutathione peroxidase and glutathione S-transferase), which play an important role in the functioning of the liver.
