Clove tree, fragrant cap is a species of tree from the myrtaceae family, cultivated in an equatorial climate. The flower buds of the plant are a source of many valuable active substances, primarily phenolic compounds. The preparation contains an extract of Syzygium aromaticum standardized to the presence of 25% polyphenols.
The extract was developed by Akay Natural Ingredients Private Limited. Each capsule contains 250 mg of clove tree extract, including as much as 62.5 mg of pure polyphenols.
