Diamine oxidase ( DAO )  is an enzyme that plays a key role in the metabolism of histamine and prevents its excessive accumulation in the body.  The preparation contains natural diamine oxidase obtained from pea sprouts, which are a rich source of this enzyme. Obtaining DAO from pea sprouts is a natural and effective method.  Each capsule contains 250,000 HDU of diamine oxidase.
Histamine is a chemical that plays an important role in many biological processes, such as allergic reactions and regulation of stomach function. Excessive histamine can lead to a variety of symptoms, including allergic reactions, headaches, and digestive problems.
