Silicon  is a basic trace element essential for the human body.  One of the richest sources of silicon is bamboo. This plant originates from tropical Asia.  This preparation contains bamboo shoot extract standardized to contain 75% naturally occurring silica. Each capsule contains 133 mg of bamboo shoot extract, including 100 mg of organic silicon. The product is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

Take 3 capsules daily, preferably with a meal.
