Pine bark is a source of many bioactive compounds such as procyanidins, flavonoids and phenolic acids. The preparation contains 95% extract standardized to oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC). Proanthocyanidins are a group of interconnected flavonoids. Each capsule of the preparation contains 300 mg of extract and as much as 285 mg of active proanthocyanidins.
