MST Omega 3 Triglyceride D3 + K2 120 softgels is a dietary supplement that combines omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil concentrate, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7.

One daily serving—two softgels—contains 1,000 mg of fish oil, including 500 mg of EPA and 250 mg of DHA. It also contains 25 mcg of vitamin D3 and 50 mcg of vitamin K2.

EPA and DHA help maintain normal heart function. A beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Vitamin D helps maintain normal immune system function, muscle function, and bone and dental health. Vitamin K helps maintain normal bones and blood clotting.
