Description of MST Nutrition Triple Mag

MST Triple Mag is a magnesium supplement in tablets for the daily diet of adults. The formula is based on a combination of three forms of magnesium and supplemented with vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate, as well as the herbal complex AstraGin. 

Magnesium is one of the basic minerals that is important for the diet of adults, especially with an active schedule, regular training and increased attention to the mineral balance of the diet. MST Triple Mag uses not one form of magnesium, but a combination of bisglycinate, taurate and malate. This approach makes the formula more thoughtful in composition and convenient for those who choose complex mineral supplements instead of the standard single-component option.

Vitamin B6 complements the mineral part of the formula and is often used in magnesium complexes. AstraGin™ is presented as a blend of plant extracts Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus, so the product does not look like a regular magnesium tablet, but rather a more advanced formula for daily intake.
