Description of MST Nutrition Vitamin C (Calcium L-Ascorbate)

MST® Vitamin C 1000 (Calcium L-ascorbate) is a non-acidic form of vitamin C, has a neutral pH, does not contain acid and does not irritate the stomach, helps strengthen the immune system, increase physical endurance and prevent premature aging.
Vitamin C 1000 (Calcium L-ascorbate) is a derivative of L-ascorbic acid, a mineral form of vitamin C, created by combining ascorbic acid with calcium carbonate. Calcium ascorbate consists of approximately 9 parts ascorbic acid and 1 part calcium. Taking MST® Vitamin C 1000 (Calcium L-ascorbate) allows cells to store and absorb vitamin C 4 times more efficiently than when taking regular vitamin C. It is absorbed better than just ascorbic acid, and is not excreted from the body as quickly. It has antioxidant properties. Rosehip bioflavonoids enhance the effect of vitamin C. Calcium ascorbate, taken at the first symptoms of the disease in a dose of 1 - 3 g per day, reduces the severity and duration of the common cold by 25%.
