Directions Nutrend 100% Beef Protein

Mix the serving 35 g (approx. 2 measuring scoops) with 200 ml of water. Depending on your daily protein need consume 1–3 servings per day, between meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Once opened, store at a temperature that does not exceed 25 °C and use within 3 months.
