IsoPro is made with a premium Fonterra protein base supplemented by digestive enzymes (brolemian, papain) in order to boost its absorption and maximize the results. Directions Nutriversum ISO PRO Proteins

Mix one serving (25 g) ISO Pro with 250 ml cold water or skimmed milk. On training days: take it in 30 minutes after finishing workout. On non-workout days: take it right on waking.
