  • zinc helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood;
  • panthothenic acid contributes to normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, testosterone being one of them;

4 tablets ca. 45 mins before sexual activity.
The tablets should be washed down with plenty of water.
