ingredients: Milk  protein isolate (65%), low-fat cocoa powder (10%) ( Theobroma cacao ), plantain seed coat powder ( Plantago ovata ) (6%), skimmed milk  powder, L-glutamine (3.9%), creatine monohydrate (2.8%), chocolate and vanilla flavors (contains  milk  particles), inulin (2%), whole milk  powder, thickeners xanthan gum and guar gum, emulsifier  soy  lecithin, sodium chloride, sweetener acesulfame K and sucralose.

Directions Orthomol Sport Protein

Dissolve 4 scoops of powder (without a heap) or the contents of one packet (40 g) in approximately 350 ml of milk, nut milk or still water and use soon after the end of sports activities. Mix thoroughly before use.
