Description of OstroVit Omega 3 + ADEK

Polyunsaturated fatty acids omega 3 are compounds included in the group of essential fatty acids (EFAs). The body is not capable of synthesizing them on its own, so omega-3 fats must be supplied to the body from the outside, with food or dietary supplements. Among the omega-3 fatty acids are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), compounds that naturally occur in oily sea fish or seafood.
  • Vitamin A is a carotene derivative belonging to the carotenoid group. It is an ingredient classified as a fat-soluble vitamin, which is accumulated in the human body in the liver and adipose tissue.
  • Vitamin D is a steroidal organic chemical compound classified as a fat-soluble vitamin, the bioavailability of which, like that of other compounds in this group, is closely related to the presence of fats in the daily diet. Vitamin D can be supplied to the body with food - it is mainly found in oily marine fish, as well as in the form of dietary supplements. On sunny days, skin synthesis of the compound is also possible.
  • Vitamin E is a group of organic chemical compounds classified as fat-soluble vitamins, of which the greatest biological activity is demonstrated by, used in the preparation, D-alpha-tocopherol. It is a compound that in the human body is stored primarily in the adipose tissue and also in the adrenal glands.
  • Vitamin K is a group of fat-soluble chemical compounds. The dietary supplement OstroVit Omega 3 + ADEK uses menaquinone, or vitamin K2, which is produced by intestinal bacteria, and can also be supplied to the body along with the daily diet or in the form of supplements.

Directions OstroVit Omega 3 + ADEK
