Description of Pharma Nord Bioactive Fiber

Bioactive Fiber is a concentrated fiber supplement without added nutrients. Each tablet contains 460 mg of a balanced, natural blend of soluble and insoluble fiber derived from lemon and sugar beet pectin. This product helps to fill the relatively low fiber content in modern diets. Bioactive Fiber has a positive effect on digestion, improving the body's ability to get rid of waste products while promoting regular bowel movements. 
A balanced diet should contain both soluble and insoluble fiber. Bioactive Fiber contains both types of fiber in one tablet. 
  • Natural dietary fiber from sugar beets and citrus peels;
  • High fiber content in each tablet (70%);

  • The tablets are easy to swallow.

Ingredients: Dietary fiber from sugar beet (Beta vulgaris L.) and citrus peel (Citrus medica); Anti-caking agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone. Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.
Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. Hardener: silicon dioxide. Glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Gluten-free.
 

Directions Pharma Nord Bioactive Fiber

  • Adults and children over 12 years of age: In the first few days, 4 tablets during or after meals. Swallow the tablets whole with plenty of liquid (at least 1 glass of water, juice, etc.). The tablets can also be crushed. The dose is increased by 2 tablets per day. The maximum daily dose is 12 tablets. 
  • Children from 4 years of age: 2-6 tablets per day.
Not recommended for children under 4 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Pregnant and nursing mothers, as well as people taking medication, should consult a doctor before using dietary supplements.
