Bioactive Magnesium is a complex of three different magnesium salts. Each tablet provides 200 mg of pure magnesium. Bioactive Magnesium tablets contain organically and inorganically bound magnesium in a matrix of fillers, which allows the tablet to dissolve in less than two minutes - even when stomach acid levels are low. The magnesium is converted into absorbable ions, ensuring a high level of absorption. Bioactive Magnesium tablets are usually swallowed whole, but they can also be chewed or dissolved in a glass of water. Bioactive Magnesium does not necessarily have to be taken with a meal.

Directions Pharma Nord Bioactive Magnesium
