Bioactive Marin Plus are soft gelatin capsules. Each contains 500 mg of fish oil, including 185 mg of EPA, 115 mg of DHA and 25 mg of other omega-3 fatty acids. The omega-3 content is mainly in the form of easily absorbable free fatty acids. The fish oil is concentrated, so a relatively small capsule provides a fairly large amount of omega-3.
