Ingredients: SBA24 sea buckthorn oil (oil from sea buckthorn berries and seeds*; antioxidant: extracts of rosemary*, D-alpha-tocopherol, beta-carotene) 72.5% 
Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl starch. Humectant: glycerin. Gelling agent: carrageenan . Acidity regulator: disodium phosphate.
Free from artificial colours, yeast, sugar and gluten.

Directions Pharma Nord Bioactive Omega 7

First two weeks: 2 capsules 2 times a day. Then: 1 capsule twice a day (or 2 capsules once a day). Take with meals. The recommended minimum course is 3 months. It is recommended to continue using the product to maintain the effect.
