Dietary supplement Real Pharm Omega 3 Strong is the perfect source of unsaturated fatty acids with the first double bond in the third position, that is eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These acids naturally occur in fatty sea fish and possibly are responsible for the longevity and small number of cardiovascular diseases among the inhabitants of the Mediterranean Basin. Regular intake of EPA and DHA acids significantly decreases the number of deaths due to cardiovascular problems.  Omega 3 fatty acids are considered in the medical world to be very healthy and they exhibit a number of pro-health, or even medicative properties.
