The supplement does not contain anti-caking agents, therefore the vitamin C contained in it may cause fine, orange caking of the powder. This does not constitute a defect of the product or reduce its nutritional value . Collagen is the most common structural protein in the body. It constitutes about 1/3 of all endogenous proteins. Occurs e.g. in skin, muscles and teeth. It is the most important component of connective tissue. It is an important element of the skin, tendons, bones, joints, hair and nails.
Vitamin C, on the other hand, is involved in the process of collagen formation.

5 g per day (2 scoops included in the package) dissolved in 100 ml of cold water, consume once, immediately after preparation.
