The preparation contains calcium and magnesium in the form of organic compounds - citrates. Organic magnesium citrate has a greater absorption than inorganic compounds of this element, such as oxide.

Directions Solgar Calcium and Magnesium Citrate

As a dietary supplement for adults, take five (5) tablets daily, preferably with a meal. May be distributed througout the day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
