Description of Orthomol Nemuri night spray

Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed. Melatonin relieves the feelings associated with the disruption of the circadian rhythm. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 0.5 mg on the first day of the trip shortly before going to bed and in the first days after arriving at the final destination.

Directions Orthomol Nemuri night spray

 About 30 minutes before going to bed, spray one dose - 0.2 ml (=1 mg of melatonin) into your mouth. Shake the vial before use.
